About This

• Beautiful – Full-color premium packet of Rober Cauliflower (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) seeds. An extremely reliable and high-yielding variety from Poland. It produces large, dense, white heads that can reach 12 inches. Unusually heat tolerant for a cauliflower, Rober (Brassica oleracea var. botrytis) performs well in variable weather conditions. Minimum of 750mg per packet (about 225 seeds).
• Productive – Cauliflower germinates in 10-15 days when soil temps are 60-75°F. Plant 1/2” deep and space 24” apart in an area with full sun. This variety will grow 1-2’ tall with a spread of 1’. Heads will mature in 60-70 days, plant in USDA zones 2-10.
• Fun Alternative - Cauliflower can be used as a gluten free substitute for popular dishes such as pizza crust or buffalo wings. Rober Cauliflower can hang out in your garden longer than most Cauliflower varieties, making it an excellent option for multiple harvests.
